What is Dino Booking?
Dino Booking is an AI booking assistant for tattoo artists. It texts your clients like you would, books appointments, collects deposits, and sends reminders — automatically, 24/7.
How does booking work?
Clients message you like normal. The AI reads the conversation, checks your calendar for availability, and books the appointment. For bookings that need a deposit, it collects payment through Stripe and confirms once paid.
What does it cost?
There are three monthly tiers: Hobby at $29 (30 new clients included), Pro at $79 (100 new clients included), and Studio at $199 (300 new clients included). Each plan includes a small overage fee per extra client beyond the included allotment.
Does it send SMS and reminders?
Yes. The AI communicates with clients over SMS, and it sends automated appointment reminders to reduce no-shows. Clients can opt out at any time by replying STOP.
Does it sync with Google Calendar?
Yes. Connect Google Calendar during setup and the AI reads your real availability, so it never offers a slot you don't actually have and never double-books you.
Will my clients know they're talking to an AI?
The AI is trained to sound like you, so most clients won't notice a difference. We encourage transparency, and you can set the assistant to identify itself as an automated assistant if you prefer.
How do I get started?
Create an account, connect your Google Calendar, set your availability and deposit rules, and add your phone number. The assistant is live as soon as you finish setup — no coding required.
What happens if the AI doesn't know something?
The AI is trained to escalate anything it isn't sure about to you directly, so you stay in control of the conversation when it matters.
