When to use it
A client arrives without a scheduled visit, or your team needs a clear view of who is next and what is missing.
How to use it
- Open Walk-ins and add the arriving client using the available client and appointment details.
- Review the queue and the next-client information, including service details and outstanding requirements.
- Open the client's appointment link or relevant form to complete required intake and the current waiver.
- Start service only when required checks are satisfied. At the end, confirm the service total, record received payments, and complete the visit.
What to know first
- Required intake and the appointment's current waiver must be complete before a guarded service start.
- Use a zero service total only for a genuinely no-charge visit. Do not record a payment that has not been received.
- This is the business's walk-in workflow; it is not a separate shared-device kiosk mode.
How it connects
The queue links to the same appointment, client history, readiness, and payment information used elsewhere in Dino.
A useful habit
Before creating a new client, check whether the person already has a record so their history stays together.
