Each settings section has its own Save action. A saved provider choice does not prove it is connected.

How to use it

  1. Open Booking Settings and check the Business payment account status. The owner or administrator can connect or continue Stripe setup. Refresh the status after completing the provider's steps.
  2. In Stripe Payments, choose whether to accept card payments and set the booking deposit. Choose Show Stripe pay-over-time options for eligible installment advertising, and Offer flexible appointment payments for voluntary balance payments. Save this section.
  3. Create or edit the Client Intake Form: name it, add the questions you need, choose their types and options, and mark required answers. Reorder the questions if needed, then choose Save Questionnaire.
  4. Review the Pre-Care Message and write wording appropriate to your services. Choose the reminder timing, tattoo aftercare when available, rebooking prompts, and optional Smart Fill setting you want. Optional controls depend on your business mode, plan and connected providers. Save each section you change.
  5. In Customers per day, choose an optional business or staff limit, then choose whether it counts client online bookings or all appointments. The older personal online limit remains separate. Review Email & Notifications, choose the enabled messages and timing, and use Email wording to edit individual subjects and bodies. Save each changed section and template.
  6. Wait for each save confirmation before leaving. Review the public booking page and the relevant appointment or message status to check how your choices affect the client journey.

What to know first

  • Each section has its own Save action; changing a switch or text field is not the same as saving the setting. Stripe onboarding can take you to Stripe, so save other pending edits first.
  • Installment advertising is separate from flexible payments. Actual financing eligibility comes from Stripe. Online balance payments also need a ready Stripe connection, a confirmed appointment with an agreed total, and online payment permission for that visit.
  • Reminders, follow-ups, rebooking prompts, and email wording require the appropriate connected provider, eligible contact details, and client permission before messages can be delivered. Saved settings do not prove delivery.
  • Review care instructions for your service and business mode before enabling them. Daily booking counts and working hours are separate; group class seats have their own capacity.

How it connects

These preferences shape the public booking flow, the intake a client completes, payment choices, and later communication. The appointment retains its own status, readiness requirements, total, and balance; Inbox shows the conversation and available delivery information.

A useful habit

Change one section at a time, save it, and check the result. Keep the installment notice, the payment choices you enable, and the explanation you give clients consistent.
