History shows information saved or imported into Dino that your account is allowed to see.

How to use it

  1. Open Clients and search using the contact information you have. Search Dino can also find records you are authorized to access.
  2. Open the matching client and confirm that the contact details belong to this person before editing.
  3. Review the available notes, appointments, and history. Open the relevant appointment when you need payment or readiness details.
  4. Update changed information using the available controls and use the existing client record for the next visit.

What to know first

  • A matching name alone does not prove two records are the same person. Confirm another appropriate detail before changing records.
  • History is limited to information saved or imported into Dino and to records your account can access.

How it connects

The client record connects repeated visits, notes, and recorded work. Appointment-specific forms and payments remain associated with the relevant visit.

A useful habit

Record useful service context briefly and respectfully. Keep unnecessary sensitive information out of general notes.
