When to use it
You want to compare time spent with service revenue or keep a record of work on a visit.
How to use it
- Find the time-tracking control in the dashboard or the relevant client workflow.
- Choose the work activity, clock in, switch activities as needed, and use the break or clock-out controls when appropriate.
- Review your recorded durations. Use the available manual-entry control for missing work time and check the result before relying on totals.
- Open the time summary to review activity breakdowns. Choose the date range in the time export controls to download a CSV of the recorded work.
What to know first
- Dino can report only the time that has been recorded. An appointment's scheduled duration and actual tracked work are different figures.
- Hourly results depend on both the revenue definition and which time is included. They are not a guarantee of future earnings.
How it connects
Activity tracking explains where work time went. Compare its date range with your financial records when assessing work and earnings, while keeping scheduled appointment hours distinct from tracked activity time.
A useful habit
Choose a consistent rule for whether preparation, breaks, and cleanup belong in your tracked time, then use it every day.
