Different totals measure different things. Missing information is not the same as zero.

How to use it

  1. Open Insights, choose the available date range and filters, and apply the selection.
  2. Start with Summary, then choose Chart or Table to inspect the same underlying points. Review the explanation for the metric you are reading.
  3. Open Money or Finance when you need the underlying financial records rather than an aggregate trend.
  4. Use the export controls available in the relevant report. For a printable copy where no dedicated PDF export is offered, use your browser's print preview and check the layout before saving.

What to know first

  • Totals depend on the records, dates, and metric definition. Missing information is not the same as a true zero.
  • Money collected, deposits, earned service revenue, expenses, and profit are different measures. Use each metric's explanation rather than treating them as interchangeable.
  • Exports and chart types vary by page. Dino does not offer every file format or chart for every metric.

How it connects

Payments, completed work, recorded expenses, and tracked time supply the numbers. Correct an underlying record when needed instead of trying to edit an aggregate chart.

A useful habit

Compare the same date range and definitions. Recorded-time hourly earnings can be misleading when some work time has not been tracked.

Common questions

Why do money and revenue totals look different?

They can measure different things, such as deposits, money collected, completed-service revenue, or expenses. Dates, filters, and missing records also affect the result. Read the metric explanation and compare the underlying records using the same date range.

Can I save reports or print a PDF?

Use the export controls offered by the particular report. Available formats vary; not every view supports every file type. You can also check your browser's print preview and save a PDF where the browser supports it. Review the dates and layout before sharing.
