How to use it
- Open the booking QR tool in Settings and check the destination booking page.
- Use the available copy, share, or download control for the booking link or QR image.
- Scan the code with another phone and confirm that it opens the correct public page.
- Place the tested code where clients can use it, with a short label such as Book an appointment.
What to know first
- The business must have a usable public booking page. A QR code is a shortcut to that page, not an independent booking system.
- A public booking QR code is different from a private appointment link. Do not print a client's private management link on public materials.
How it connects
Clients who follow the QR code use the same booking settings, availability, and requirements as clients who open your regular booking link.
A useful habit
Print with clear contrast and enough empty space around the code. Test the actual printed size before ordering a large batch.
Common questions
Does each business have a booking QR code?
The QR tool in Settings provides a route to the business's booking page. Check the destination and test the code on another phone before printing or sharing it. Use the public booking link, never a private client's appointment link, on public materials.
