How to use it
- Open Setup and choose Simple or Advanced navigation. Simple keeps six everyday tools visible; Advanced exposes optional shortcuts.
- Choose Universal Booking Tools or Tattoo Booking Tools, then review your profile and booking preferences.
- Work through the setup steps for availability, customer information, payments, and communication. Open each linked tool, save your choices, and return to Setup.
- Open your public booking page and walk through it as a customer. Check your name, service wording, available times, and any payment or waiver requirements before sharing it.
What to know first
- A business account is needed to save settings. Some settings require the owner or an authorized team member.
- A completed checklist does not turn on an unconfigured payment or messaging provider. Check the connection status shown in each tool.
How it connects
Profile and booking settings shape your public booking page. Calendar availability controls when people can book; payment and consent choices affect the steps they see.
A useful habit
Start with the tools you need for your next appointment. You can return to Setup and add optional tools later.
Common questions
Where is the setup wizard?

Yes. Dino's web interface adapts to phone and desktop screens. Navigation is arranged differently on smaller screens, and access still depends on your role and enabled features. Use your device's browser; a separate native app installation is not required.
