How to use it

  1. Open Explore features from your workspace menu. Search by what you want to do, then use How to use it for instructions or Open tool to reach its controls.
  2. Start in Profile & services with your identity, bio, services or styles, pricing and policies. In Public page & photos, edit the available content and sections, upload photos, preview your page and publish when ready.
  3. Open Booking & deposits to review intake questions, deposit choices, reminders and follow-up settings. Edit the consent document in Consent & waiver. Set bookable hours and blocked time in Calendar.
  4. For Universal Booking Tools, arrange service categories, prices and durations in Service menu and edit your workspace shortcuts in Dashboard menu. Tattoo Booking Tools use specialized intake and project controls instead.
  5. Choose Simple or Advanced navigation in Setup. Turn optional capabilities on or off in Booking tools & advanced features. In AI controls, review behavior, approved answers and approval settings before enabling automation.
  6. Preview the public experience after changes. Keep learning one tool at a time; return to Explore features or Help whenever you need the next step.

What to know first

  • The starter setup is a starting configuration, not a lower subscription tier. Both Solo and Studio include customization; Studio adds team access.
  • Controls differ by business mode and role. Custom menus currently belong to Universal mode. Not every layout, color or workflow is freely editable; use the controls available on each page.
  • Texting, payments, calendar connections and AI may need configuration, consent, approval or separate provider costs. Exploring a feature does not activate or purchase it.

How it connects

Saved settings shape your public booking journey and the tools visible in your workspace. Universal tools form the foundation; optional Tattoo Booking Tools add specialized workflows.

A useful habit

You do not have to enable everything. Start with one working booking journey and add tools when you have a clear use for them.
