When to use it

You want to check what your business pays for Dino or understand a subscription invoice or credit.

How to use it

  1. Open Billing with an account that has billing access.
  2. Review the current plan, status, and any billing actions available to your account.
  3. Read the price and terms shown before starting or changing a subscription. Use the linked billing management flow when it is available.
  4. For a referral reward, check both its qualification status in Platform referrals and the credit shown in billing.

What to know first

  • Solo is $19.99 USD/month for one person. Studio is $99 USD/month for up to eight people including the owner. Both include booking, clients, customization, core reports, guided setup and optional Tattoo Booking Tools. Studio adds shared team access and advanced analytics.
  • Texting credits, managed texting setup and payment-processing costs are separate. Existing Pro subscriptions remain on their existing terms until the owner switches. Upgrades may involve immediate prorated charges; downgrades take effect at renewal.
  • Use the current billing screen and checkout for pricing and plan terms. A general help article does not quote your account's final bill.
  • Subscription payments and client appointment payments use different records. A client deposit does not pay your Dino subscription.
  • A referral credit can wait for a billing customer or require review before it is applied.

How it connects

Your plan and account status can affect available capabilities. Platform referral credits reduce your own eligible subscription balance according to the program terms.

A useful habit

Before contacting support about a charge, note whether it is your Dino subscription or a client's service payment.

Common questions

What does Dino cost, and where do I manage my plan?

Review the current plan and price in Billing and the subscription checkout before committing to a change. Your account status and available billing actions are shown there. Dino subscription charges are separate from client service payments and any communication-provider costs.
