When to use it
You want to invite another business to Dino, or offer a reward to clients who refer new clients.
How to use it
- For Dino referrals, open Platform referrals and create or copy your referral link. Share it with the business before they sign up.
- Track sign-ups, qualified paid referrals, credit status, and website progress on that page.
- For your own client program, open Referrals, enable the program, set the available reward options, and review the terms clients will see.
- Track each referral's progress and review eligibility before applying or marking a client reward.
What to know first
- Dino's platform reward is $50 toward your own subscription after the referred account's first qualifying nonzero paid subscription invoice. A sign-up alone does not qualify.
- Ten qualified paid referrals make one custom website build eligible. Domain, hosting, and ongoing maintenance are paid monthly at a price reviewed before work begins.
- Refunds, disputes, non-USD subscription invoices, or flagged activity can require reward review. Website eligibility does not automatically enroll you in or charge you for monthly website services. Your client program follows your configured terms and is separate from the platform reward.
How it connects
Platform credit connects to Dino subscription billing. Client referral progress connects to the referring client and the relevant appointment activity.

Keep the two programs clearly named when sharing an offer: referring a business to Dino is different from referring a friend to your services.
