How to use it
- Businesses: open Settings, then AI, and add up to ten questions with the exact public answers you approve.
- Turn on Show my approved FAQ to offer expandable answers. The FAQ works even when the automatic receptionist is off.
- If wanted, enable the receptionist and website chat, then save. Clients open chat themselves; it does not interrupt the booking form with an automatic popup.
- Share the Dino booking or public profile destination from QR settings. An external portfolio destination does not display Dino's FAQ or chat.
- Clients: choose a question or open chat for routine help. Use the booking form to complete a new request, and your private appointment link for an existing visit. Ask for a person when you need help.
What to know first
- Public answers are visible to anyone with the booking link. Do not enter private client information, internal notes, or secrets.
- The receptionist identifies a supported question and uses approved wording or a secure next step. It cannot confirm a booking, payment, refund, or policy exception just by saying so.
- Human takeover and review mode pause automatic replies. Turning off the receptionist does not remove a separately enabled FAQ.
- Incoming text replies also need a managed number, carrier approval, messaging setup, and client consent. A setup request or saved switch does not activate texting.
How it connects
The link and QR lead to the same business page. Routine chat appears in the business conversation workspace; private appointment actions and final booking requirements remain on their secure pages.
A useful habit
Start with hours, location, preparation, and how to book. Keep each answer short and update it whenever the business policy changes.
