Find a missing feature or resolve a problem

When to use it

A page looks empty, a tool is missing, or a saved action is not showing what you expected.

How to use it

Check the account, business mode, navigation view, selected date range, and any active filters. Search by the task you want to do.
If a tool is missing, review Feature Controls and your team permissions. Clients should use the business's booking page or their own appointment link.
For calendar, payment, or messaging problems, read the connection or delivery status on that tool. Follow a reconnect or retry prompt when it appears.
Before repeating a payment or booking action, check whether the first attempt succeeded. If the problem continues, use Contact and include the page, time, and error wording.

What to know first

A successful save, a message delivery, and a provider connection are separate states. Check the state relevant to the problem.
Never include passwords, payment card details, private appointment tokens, or unnecessary personal information in a support report.
